The Office of Marketing and Communications supports É«ºÐÖ±²¥â€™s strategic goals through branding, outreach, and storytelling. From custom campaigns to event promotion, our team is here to help you connect with your audience and elevate your message.
Before submitting a request, please review the guidelines below to ensure your project aligns with institutional priorities and can be completed within your desired timeframe.

Submission Guidelines
- Strategic Alignment: All requests must support institutional priorities.
- Minimum Notice: Submit requests at least 72 business hours in advance.
- Event Promotion: Submit requests 3–4 weeks before your event. If printing or production is required, submit earlier.
- Production Timelines: Design and production involving shipping may take 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity.
- Discovery Meetings: Recommended for multi-channel campaigns or complex projects.
After submission, a member of the Marketing team will follow up to confirm details, clarify goals, and provide a timeline.
Departmental Design Access
Each department at É«ºÐÖ±²¥ will have access to a shared Canva account to create branded materials using approved templates. This includes flyers, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Please check with your Administrative Assistant for login credentials.
- Do not change the password. Shared access ensures consistency and security.
- Templates are preloaded with É«ºÐÖ±²¥â€™s brand colors, fonts, and logos.
