Anthony is an Executive Chef with over 20 years experience in the culinary field. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts. Besides his love of cooking, Anthony enjoys bike riding and spending time with his wife, Angela, and their two children, Andrew and Ashley.
