Dr. Sager received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2001 and a Master of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology in 2003 from West Virginia University. Dr. Sager then received her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Physiology from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2008.
